Typically held in August, this one-day festival takes place at Fisherman's Park in Urangan and offers a feast of fresh seafood sourced directly from the local waters. Relish showcases local produce, gourmet food stalls, craft beers, and boutique wines, providing a sensory feast for visitors.

Celebrating the literary heritage of P.L. Travers, the author of Mary Poppins, who was born in Maryborough near Hervey Bay, the Mary Poppins Festival is a unique event that blends culture, history, and fun. Held from late June to early July, the festival offers a week-long program of events, including the popular Mary Poppins Day in the Park, where the streets come alive with characters, street performers, parades, and creative activities for all ages.
